Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using AI Muscle Generator you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. The service is not for minors, and we may block or remove an account we believe belongs to one.

3. What the service does

You upload a photo, pick Male or Female and a build, and the service creates an AI-edited image in which the person looks more muscular. Results are AI-generated, can be inaccurate or imperfect, and are for entertainment and visualization only. They are not a prediction of how a body will change, a body assessment or medical advice.

4. Your photos and your responsibility

Before each generation you confirm that you own the photo or have the person's consent, and that everyone in it is an adult. You are responsible for what you upload and how you use and share the results. You may not use the service in ways listed in the Acceptable Use Policy, including editing people without their consent, minors, explicit content, impersonation, harassment or illegal use.

We run automated safety checks before generating. A photo that fails them is declined and no credit is used. We may refuse any photo and may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

5. Ownership and license

You keep your rights in the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them, only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Subject to these Terms, the results are yours to use, including commercially, for photos you own or have written permission to edit. For a photo of another person, you need that person's written consent for the use you intend. We do not claim ownership of your results.

6. Credits, plans and payment

One credit makes one generation. Failed, rejected and timed-out generations are refunded automatically. Prices are shown before you pay. One-time packs and monthly plans are described on the pricing page and in the Refund Policy. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends. Payments are handled by third-party providers.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or stop features, limits and prices, and AI output can vary between runs. We do not promise any particular result.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if needed to protect people or the service. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the new version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated by us at sign-up or, if none, the law of your place of residence where mandatory. Contact: support@aimusclegenerator.com.
