Question 1

What is an AI muscle generator?

Accepted Answer

An AI muscle generator edits a photo of a person so they look more muscular. You upload a photo, choose Male or Female and pick a build: Lean, Athletic or Bodybuilder. The AI changes the body and is designed to keep the face, pose and background as they were. You get a new image you can download or share.

Question 2

Is the AI muscle generator free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, to start. Every new account gets 1 free credit, valid for 48 hours after signup, and one credit makes one generation. Free results include a small corner mark. For more generations or results without the mark, buy a one-time credit pack or choose a monthly plan. Failed generations are refunded automatically.

Question 3

What's the best AI to see myself with a muscular body?

Accepted Answer

Look for a tool that changes only your body and tries to keep your face, pose and background the same. That is what AI Muscle Generator is built for. There is no prompt to write. Upload a clear photo, pick Male or Female and a build, and your result is usually ready in 15 to 40 seconds.

Question 4

Will the result still look like me?

Accepted Answer

That is the goal. The AI edits the body and is designed to leave your face, hair, pose and background as they are, but results can vary. They are best with a clear, well-lit photo where your face and upper body are visible. If a result misses, regenerate it, or step the build lighter or stronger.

Question 5

Does it work for women too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Female before you generate and the AI shapes muscle for a female body, from a toned Lean build to a full Bodybuilder look. Women and men get the same three builds, and every option works the same way. Start with Athletic, then go lighter or stronger from the result.

Question 6

What photos work best?

Accepted Answer

A clear photo of one or two adults with the upper body in view works best. Good light, a straight-on or slight angle, and fitted or casual clothing help the AI read your shape. Avoid heavy filters, very dark photos and tiny group shots. JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 10 MB are supported.

Question 7

Is my photo private? How long do you keep it?

Accepted Answer

Your original photo is deleted from our storage after 24 hours. Results are kept for 30 days, or until you delete them in My creations. We do not use your photos to train models. To make your result, the photo is processed by our moderation and image-generation providers, which are listed in our Privacy Policy. Deleting a creation removes both the original photo and the result from our storage, and you can do it at any time.

Question 8

Can I upload someone else's photo?

Accepted Answer

Only with their permission. You can upload photos of yourself or of an adult who agreed to have their photo edited. Photos of minors are not allowed. Before each generation you confirm that you own the photo or have the person's consent, and that you are 18 or older. Our Acceptable Use policy has the details.

Question 9

Can I make a muscular photo on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The site works in your phone's browser, with no app to install. Tap the upload area to pick a photo from your camera roll or take a new one, choose your settings and generate. Save the result to your phone, or share a before and after card sized for TikTok and Instagram.

Question 10

Is it healthy or realistic to aim for these results?

Accepted Answer

Treat the results as a fun visualization, not a target. They are AI-generated images, not a prediction of how your body will change, and not a body assessment or medical advice. Real bodies change in their own way and at their own pace. If you plan a training or diet change, talk to a qualified professional first.

Question 11

What is a credit?

Accepted Answer

One credit makes one generation. Choosing Lighter, Stronger or Regenerate on a result also uses one credit.

Question 12

What if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

Failed, rejected and timed-out generations are refunded automatically. If your photo is declined during the checks, no credit is taken at all.

Question 13

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Credits from a one-time pack are valid for 12 months. Monthly plan credits are added each billing period. Your one-time signup credit expires 48 hours after registration. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.

Question 14

Can I buy more credits without a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Credit Pack costs $9.99 for 30 credits and is open to everyone. It is a one-time purchase, valid for 12 months; canceling a monthly subscription does not expire your pack credits.

Question 15

Can I cancel a monthly plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Used credits are not refunded.

Question 16

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unused one-time packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. A result you simply do not like is not a reason for a refund; regenerate it instead. See the Refund Policy for the details.
