Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains what AI Muscle Generator ("we", "us") collects when you use the site, how long we keep it, who processes it for us and what you can do about it. The service is for adults only (18+).

What we collect

1. Account data: your name, email address and sign-in method (email or Google).
2. Photos you upload and the results we generate from them. Photos can show your face and body, which is sensitive personal data. We use them only to run the service you asked for.
3. Usage records: the build you picked, credit use, task status and error codes. We record the outcome of safety checks (for example "photo declined") but not the photo's content in logs.
4. Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We receive the order, plan and amount, but not your full card number.
5. Device and analytics data: browser, approximate location from your IP address and page visits, with cookies only where you agree.

Before upload, your browser removes EXIF data, including GPS location, from the photo.

How long we keep it

When you delete a creation, we delete the original photo and the result from our storage straight away. If you delete your account (Settings → Account), we delete your photos and results, sign-in details, name, email and activity history. We keep payment records without your name or email, because tax and accounting rules require it, and a one-way fingerprint of your email address so that a deleted account cannot claim the free credit a second time.

These periods apply to our own storage. Our providers (below) process your photo to do their part and keep it under their own terms, which may differ.

How we use your photos

• To check that the photo is suitable (content moderation and a check that it shows one or two adults).
• To generate the edited image you requested.
• To keep the service safe, and to investigate reports of abuse.

We do not use your photos or results to train AI models, and we do not sell them. We do not publish them. A result is visible to you only, through a private link, unless you download or share it yourself.

Who processes your data

We use these service providers (sub-processors) to run the service:

• SeeAPI: content moderation of the photo you upload, before generation.
• Kie AI: image generation, and a photo suitability check, using third-party AI models.
• Cloudflare: hosting, and private storage of photos and results.
• Our payment provider(s): card payments and subscriptions.
• Our email provider: sign-in and verification emails.
• Analytics providers: aggregated usage statistics, subject to your cookie choices.

We choose providers that state they do not use customer content to train models, but we cannot control how long each provider keeps data. Contact us if you need details on a particular provider.

Your rights and choices

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to some uses and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete creations yourself in My creations, delete your whole account yourself in Settings → Account, and email us to ask for a copy of your data or if you cannot sign in. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA) you may have further rights, and we will honor them. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only where you consent. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer, where it is shown.

Children

AI Muscle Generator is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly process photos of minors, and we block photos that appear to show a minor. If you believe a minor's photo was uploaded, tell us and we will remove it.

Security

Photos and results are stored privately and can be read only by the account that created them. We use encrypted connections and limit staff access. No system is perfectly secure, and you upload at your own risk.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
