About AI Muscle Generator
What AI Muscle Generator does, how it works, and the rules we build it around.
Last updated: 2026-10-15
AI Muscle Generator is a web tool that edits a photo of an adult so they look more muscular. You upload a photo, choose Male or Female, and pick a build: Lean, Athletic or Bodybuilder. There is no prompt to write. The AI changes the body and is designed to keep the face, pose and background as they were, though results can vary.
How it works
- Upload a clear photo of one adult with the upper body in view.
- Check. Before anything is generated, the photo goes through an automated safety check. If it is declined, no credit is taken.
- Generate. An image model edits the photo. This usually takes 15 to 40 seconds.
- Download or share the result, or a before and after card.
What we hold ourselves to
- Adults and consent only. You confirm that you own the photo or have the person's permission, and that you are 18 or older. Photos of minors are not allowed.
- Safety checks come first. Photos that fail the checks are never sent to the image model.
- Short retention. Original photos are deleted from our storage after 24 hours. Results are kept for 30 days, or until you delete them in My creations. We do not use your photos to train models.
- Honest results. Results are AI-generated for fun and visualization. They are not a prediction of how your body will change, and not a body assessment or medical advice.
